Hardware sold by Vectraops is covered under applicable manufacturer warranty terms. We assist with DOA checks and RMA coordination from Harare.

Manufacturer warranty

Ubiquiti, Grandstream, and HPE Networking products carry the standard manufacturer warranty for the region of supply. Warranty length and exclusions vary by SKU — refer to the product datasheet and manufacturer policy.

Dead-on-arrival (DOA)

Report suspected DOA units promptly with proof of purchase, SKU/serial, and a short fault description. Unopened or clearly unused stock may qualify for exchange subject to inspection at our Bluffhill depot.

Returns

Returns of non-faulty goods are assessed case-by-case (restocking may apply). Custom or special-order items may be non-returnable. Always obtain a return authorisation before shipping equipment back.
