Follow these steps to join the VectraOps Partner Network and unlock partner pricing after approval.

  1. Open the Partner Network page (/partners), or use Partners → Become A Partner in the navigation or the site banner.
  2. Click Apply To Become A Partner.
  3. Sign in to your customer account (complete MFA setup if prompted).
  4. Fill in Business Information: company name, contact person, email, phone, city/town, and country.
  5. Choose your Partner Type: Installer, Reseller, IT Company, Contractor, or Other.
  6. Add Additional Information: current services offered (required); years operating, products supplied, and estimated monthly purchasing are optional.
  7. Read and accept the Partner terms & conditions.
  8. Submit with Apply To Join Partner Network.
  9. Wait for staff review. You cannot submit another application while one is pending.
  10. After approval, browse the catalog to see Partner Price and checkout at partner rates (minimum order applies).

  • Already approved partners see that they are already a partner instead of the form.
  • Rejected applicants may apply again.

Partner pricing is shown on product pages and applied in cart and checkout only after your account is approved. Guests and retail customers see retail pricing only.

Is there a minimum order for partners?

Yes. Approved partners must meet the published partner minimum order amount at checkout to generate a partner order. Carts below the minimum cannot place an order.
